First, I have to admit, I’ve never been a cook or a whiz in the kitchen. I grew up with a delicious home cooked meal waiting for me every day and am very thankful for that. But I have came to the realization that “Adulting is HARD” and I’m challenging myself to start cooking more and eating out less.
So, I asked my mom for her DELICIOUS Bacon Wrapped Chicken recipe and it turns out, it was super simple and the perfect meal to eat for dinner! Lucky for you, I wanted to share the recipe in case you wanted to recreate this yummy meal! 🙂
- Chicken Tenders (I used chicken breasts and cut in half)
- Tasty Seasoning (My Faves are Garlic Granulates and Garlic and Herb!)
- Bacon (I recommend Hickory or Applewood-either tastes great!)
- THAT’S IT! 🙂
First…Season your chicken, wrap a strip of bacon around it and BAM, You’re DONE! Pre-Heat the oven to 400 and cook for 30 minutes. Once it’s finished, set it on broil for 3-5 minutes, then you’re good to go!
This is my personal favorite seasoning as pictured below. As you can see, its empty, (I use it THAT often lol.) I picked it up at Meijer but I’m sure you can find it at various grocery stores. Forreal, it’s so tasty!
FINISHED PRODUCT PICTURED BELOW! 🙂 I topped off the meal with a Kings Hawaiian roll I toasted with butter, steamed corn, and green beans with bacon pieces and mozzerella. I hope you enjoy this yummy recipe from my precious mom and I!
P.S. If you have any yummy recipes you wouldn’t mind to share, I would love to try them out! 🙂
